- Prices subject to change without notice
- Charges (electricity, heating, water) are included (except electricity out of season, on meter reading)
- Duvet (s), pillows, tea towels are provided for up to 4 people.
- Stays are from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Reservations are only final after receipt of the deposit (25% excluding additional services) and the completed and signed contract. The balance is to be paid on the day of arrival.
- Means of payment accepted: check, cash, transfer, credit card (on site)
- Cancellation conditions: 21 days or more before arrival, the deposit is refunded to the tenant. Otherwise, the deposit remains with the lessor.
